TECHNICAL SUPPORT
There are 3 ways to start a support case. Following these
steps will insure that your support request is routed to the an
available consultant and will result in a faster response to
your support request.
Please do not contact support unless you are an existing client
of Dynamics Source. If you are a new client needing support,
please Contact Us first.
2. Email your
name, company name, contact info, problem description, etc:
support@dynamicssource.com.

REMOTE SUPPORT
Click the button below to launch our remote support software,
BLive. Please do not use this link unless requested by a
consultant.
START REMOTE SUPPORT SESSION
The software
will start in a new web window. You'll be prompted to install an
ActiveX control. This is part of the BLive remote support
software, please allow the ActiveX control to download and
install. You'll then see two prompts, the first requesting
permission for the consultant to view your screen, the second
requesting permission for the consultant to take control
of your screen. Please answer in the affirmative to both
prompts.
